This attractive 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 was meticulously restored to high show quality standards. It was certified authentic by expert Jerry MacNeish of Camaro Hi-Performance. The report and certificate of authenticity are included with the sale. In 1969 only 20,302 units were produced making this model very collectable. As the original VIN Tag indicates this car was built in Norwood, Ohio as a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe with an 8-cylinder engine. As the original Trim Tag indicates it was built the first week of June in 1969 as a Z28 model. For a 1969 Camaro built in Norwood, the X77 code on the Trim Tag means it was a Z28 model with standard exterior trim. The Trim Tag also indicates it had a Daytona Yellow exterior with black racing stripes and a black standard bucket seat interior. The factory options include (AO1) tinted glass, (D55) center console, (D80) rear spoiler, (G80) positraction, 3.73 gears, (J52) disc brakes, (M21) 4-speed transmission, (N40) power steering, (U63) AM radio, (ZL2) special ducted hood and (Z28) special engine and equipment package. “This car is termed a “concours restored” Z28 in its current condition. Due to this Camaro's pedigree, I strongly recommended correcting all of the issues with this vehicle” – Jerry MacNeish.
