This like new 1992 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Turbo 5-speed is a documented one owner vehicle with only 11,365 original miles. First generation Mitsubishi Eclipse models are seldom seen, especially a GS Turbo model with one ownership history and low mileage. A clean Car Fax report documenting the one owner history, mileage and no accidents is included. The Eclipse Turbo was on Car and Driver magazines Ten Best List for 1989-1992. The GS Turbo model came loaded with standard features. This car was ordered with a Saronno Red exterior, Gray interior, ETR AM/FM stereo cassette w/GE, floor mats and wheel locks with an MSRP of $17,799.00. It was sold new at Ron Marhofer Imports located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH which is documented on the original window sticker and original title that are both included. As the original title indicates it was issued on March 19th, 1992 and the original owner lived in Wadsworth, OH. The owner purchased this vehicle as an investment and treated it with the best of care. Matter of fact, the car hadnt been in the rain or washed since August of 1992. The owner kept the car garaged properly and serviced the vehicle methodically. A detailed service log is included that documents consistent engine oil changes, transaxle oil changes, brake fluid changes, clutch fluid changes, anti-freeze changes, timing belt replacement in 2015 with 11,038 miles and a battery replacement in 2019 with 11,273 miles. The original owner purchased hundreds of original OEM parts with anticipation they would become obsolete in the years to come. These original OEM parts are still in the original packaging and included. Also included with the car are the original keys, owners manuals, OEM nose mask and car cover. The exterior of this car is in excellent condition throughout and still looks modern with its timeless design. The original factory Saronno Red paint has recently been detailed to a show quality finish. The paint was tested with an electronic paint meter by MS CLASSIC CARS and passed as all original factory paint. The black roof and body color spoiler adds the extra touch to the exterior. The tinted glass, wipers, mirrors, headlights and taillights are all in great condition. A pair of rubber stone guards was installed behind the front wheels to avoid paint chips on the rockers. Its equipped with its original GS Turbo 16 directional alloy wheels from the factory, along with its factory-equipped Goodyear Eagle GT+4 P205/55R16 tires. The factory spare has never been on the ground. The interior is in beautiful condition and still smells new. The gray cloth material is very durable and comfortable. Some of the standard interior features include dual visor vanity mirrors, full instrumentation gauges, tilt steering column, leather wrapped steering wheel, console armrest and dual cup holders, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, power antenna, interment wipers, rear wiper, rear window defroster and AM/FM cassette with 6 speakers. The original carpeted floors mats and a rubber set of floor mats are included. Everything in the interior is in working order including the air conditioning system. The engine compartment is highly detailed throughout. It still retains all of the original factory paint marks and stickers. There are no signs of oxidation or deterioration. Its powered by a 2.0L DOHC 16V Turbo 4-cylinder with fuel injection that is rated from the factory with 190HP. The engine runs and sounds excellent out the factory exhaust system. The engine is coupled to a 5-speed overdrive manual transmission. The original clutch is easy to operate and the transmission shifts very nicely. Its equipped with power assisted rack and pinion steering which holds the road very well. The undercarriage is also highly detailed throughout. It also retains all of the original factory paint marks and stickers. There are no signs of oxidation or deterioration. Its equipped with power assisted 4-wheel disc brakes which work great. This vehicle has been completely serviced and detailed which is documented with an invoice that is included.
